Is their any way to modify the number of turns it takes to starve out a settlement ATM, or is that hard-coded?
I think if you edit the farming level in export_buildings is an easy way. mind you this will lower the settlement growth and income
you can balance this by keeping all farms at lvl 1 or 0 might work (would be like 2 or 3 turns for a starv out) but increase the entries in settlement mechanics.
eg the 1st group is growth, 2nd happiness, 3rd income
(cant remember off hand what order sof, spf, sif or something like that)
but change the farm growth and income unless you dont mind having the settlements grow slowly.
