A way to check the difficulty of an existing campaign

Are there any way of doing it? I'm well into a spanish campaign with the new patch, but I'm thinking I forgot to up the difficulty when I started it, as my relations to other factions are unusually high.... all my allies range from reasonable to very good, and the ones I'm not allied with range from terrible to very poor... No abysmal at all.

But this might also be new in the patch?

Ok, found a program, medmanager... It is a new thingy in the patch causing the relations, as it was on VH/VH. But patch discussion should go in the other thread, so this one should be locked...
