.RAR files

Maybe this isn't where to post this, but I downloaded a face and hair pack for Morrowind and it's a .RAR file, I don't know what to do with, I've put it in the data folder of morrowind and it hasn't shown up at the start where to choose what things to use, do I need to convert it somehow?

There's no need for a move. Winrar is sufficient enough to unzip a rar file.
