Turn not finishing after battle

Posted this on the .com, but copying it here in case I can get a fast answer:

Here's the problem: my army besieging Gaza was attacked by a large Egyptian army consisting of three separate forces (the besieged and two relief stacks) - one of the larger battles I've ever played. After winning a resounding victory and having my ransom request refused, nothing further happened. This was about half an hour ago. It's still on the Egyptians' turn, but they're not doing anything and my army is not taking Gaza as it should after this battle. All I get is the victory music playing over and over again, and my army doing the hacking animation at Gaza every once in a while.

So, the question: is there any way to force the game to carry on and finish the turn? I really hope I will not have to revert to an earlier save, because that will very likely cause me to drop the game altogether for a while, right when I was having a great time with it.

Also, almost forgot, this is with 1.1 and the Lands to Conquer mod, if there's any chance of that having something to do with it at all.

Any chance you got hotseat enabled? That would explain it. Otherwise, not sure, never happened to me outside of that case.

Well I certainly never enabled any hotseat myself, so unless this is something LtC would do, the answer would be no. I don't usually touch MIITW's private parts myself.

Try saving the game right now with a separate slot, then reload it. It might just work.

I'm afraid the Save Game option is greyed out when I bring up the menu, and no quick saving either. Looks like I'll just have to deal with the loss. Maybe try to refight it tomorrow.

i've had this happen before. Same exact thing, Egyptians, Gaza, etc. I waited for a few hours. reported the bug, reload to last autosave (pre battle).

that was like 3 month ago.
