It's in Turkish (I assume it's Turkish), so I don't know what exactly is being said. Maybe there's somebody here who knows the language? The child looks very bad. And from what I heard and read it's probably a case of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anencephaly .

very sad, but did they have to be playing the halloween theme in the background? I'm sure they could've chosen a song a little more emotional and a little less creepy.
