Alright, I can take the story two ways from here. Vibivs can either kill Fravcvs, or warn him of the threat to his life. I will put Fravcvs' life in your hands.
So the question:

EDIT: Just so you know - I will kill Fravcvs off using the console command. So I will go through with whatever you decide.
1 dead Roman. It'd be a start.
Besides, Spurius is hardly going to be happy being led by an insane Roman, rather than just an eccentric one.
Maybe Fravcvs could be killed and Spvrivs transfered to the next commander of the 3rds personal bodyguard? Any way I voted the incompetent fool must die.

How do u kill with a console code? i never heard of it how do you do it? I love Roma's Bulls
I can't remember the exact command, but it is basically Kill_Character "Characters Name Here"
I believe that is one of the codes that doesn't work in the console. It has to be used in a script, as it won't work ingame.
so the kill_character dosent work in eb Marcus?
You can add it to the EBBS script as the first line, start EB, load your campaign, run the script, save your campaign, exit EB and remove the kill character line from the script. That should do the trick.
