Cities incomes?

How do I modify the cities incomes? I saw somebody talks about this.

make sure you have the game folders unpacked and the modfolder or filefirst.bat setup.

Well, I don't know how to do that. :sweatdrop:

1st u need the 1st patch. then u need to unpack the files. tehn you need to search on here for the "setting for mod" (very simple). then you need to edit that file i told you and ur set.
