Please be more patient, there are a limited number of people with 3DS Max experience and many people only view the forum occasionally - bumping the thread continually will not help you get an answer... :no:

Are you sure you havent accidentally hidden the tool bar? Anyway to return to the default layout use Customize menu > Revert to Startup Layout That should work

And makanyane is right. There is little to none help in modelling subjects here in the forum. There once was Hoggy who helped a lot but except for that dont expect much. I suggest you read the 3dmx reference guide that comes with the program, it will help you a lot...
