Screenshot of the Month (May) Submission Thread

The rules again:
- Every fan can participate but can only submit one screenshot every month.
- Full screens, only the UI is allowed to be cropped out.
-You are allowed to edit them with photoshop, it is however not a requirement.
- All images must come from EB.
-All screenshots must be send in before the last week of the month in this thread.

Now how will we choose the winner? Well the EB-team will elect the 10 best (if the amount of submissions require it). A poll will be opened the last week of the month, in which the fans can cast their vote. The winner will be the one who got the most votes. The poll will close the last day of the month. The next day submissions for the next month can be made in a new thread.

Very good. Pity that the interface is still on it. Also, you should set FRAPS so it doesn't display the framerates on the screenshots.

Just to make sure, does the link to mine work okay? I'd hate for it to be acting up...

blank, I think I liked your first better, but they're both nice.

Hoom, that shot is really cool. Really cool. You could probably crop out the UI stuff pretty easily. The banners at the bottom of the hill would be harder to deal with.

edit: Oh, and megas phyrus, you really should edit your post so that the picture appears in the post, so people don't miss it. Its a really cool shot.

Due to some strange bug the Eleutheroi general fought the entire battle without his sword. Poor bastard. No wonder he lost.

That happens if he was leading a missile troop, after using all their ammo, the officers/general in charge 'lose' their weapons. I try to convince myself that they throw them with the last missile wave :san_rolleyes: (this is a RTW bug)

Sounds logical, and it tallies with my experience so far. Have you tested this or is it just a hypothesis?

Well, it always happens in Rome, i've never tested it, but it's an OLD bug, hard to believe a RTW player didn't think about it :)

It says you may submit one but it does not specify if you can replace that one or not

YOu can submit a new one instead, if within the submissions deadline. (Which is today, so you'd better hurry if you want to) But don't change of screenshot to much.
