I have a little problem with ms3d, as by default the bones
dont appear properly to work with them, can anyone please tell
me how i can configure that ?

Go into the MS3D preferences, and set the joint size ( in Misc ) to something like 0.01. The bones should then display as bones, and make things a lot easier to see.
