Well that's the whole point. He's obviously not Muslim (or even if he is). He's making fun of Muslims and their Prophet, likening them to camel humpers, and paedophiles. The flip side is those who are not Muslims will take offense to the infidel banter while the Muslims here will take offence at the mockery he's making of their religion.
I don't care for any religion, but I think it's important to respect the fact that others believe, and show respect. That is if you actually want to get along. If the purpose is just to bash others then there's plenty of racist, xenophobic, homophobic, facist etc places on the net to do that.
