How do I mod what cities I start out with?

Go into the campaign and move your mouse over the city you want to change (make a note of what region is while you are at it).

Press the ~ button and type in "show_cursorstat" without the quotes (make a note of the numbers displayed)

Go into the text file (top) and search for the region name (careful for region names with spaces)

Cut the whole region from faction "B" to faction "A"

Now find the general from faction "B" with the x ???, y ??? coordinates you got from the cursorstat and delete/change him (If he is a named character remove him from the family tree as well).

Create a new general for faction "A" with the x ???, y ??? coordinates you had from the other guy.

Load up the campaign and test.
