Law 1.1 :England should use all resources necessary to capture Rennes and Bruges in an attempt to limit French expansion. This law is limited to acts that would put England's wealth in the red.
Law 1.2 - England shall attempt to conquer Caernervon and convert it to a city to boost the Isles' economy.
