Crash on Endturn, Repeatable

REALLY IMPORTANT INFO:

* Which version are you playing?
0.81a with the v2 patch

* On the same topic, do you have any unofficial mods installed?
No

* Have you applied all the permanent fixes in this sticky?
Yes, and then I applied the V2 patch in case (that is, I had the fixes already, and then I applied the patch). I tried this and then I separately applied the temporary fixes after several hours of trying without them.

* Have you deleted map.rwm?
A number of times in this process, yes

* Does it still crash if you do not enable the background script?
Yes.

* Have you tried it 3 times or more, with consistent crashes?
Yes. I even played forward again from a year previous to the crash. I hit the bug again at the same time.

IMPORTANT INFO:

* What is happening when the crash occurs? Are you attacking someone, were you attacked, were you conducting diplomacy, was the AI doing its turn etc.
I am ending my turn and I get a CTD. No movement is indicated for any of my units (although there could be).

* Please have a look around the map for settlements about to rebel.
Nothing seems about to rebel but there are a few about to riot.

* Where does stuff happen when the crash occurs? This makes us able to focus more on the area in question instead of looking around the map.
Nothing seems to happen that I can see, unfortunately.

* When does the crash occur? What year is it? What's the season? Have you had any reforms? Do you know if any other factions have had reforms?
The year is 202 BCE, I have had Polybian reforms and I saw the message for other reforms some time ago. The season is spring (I have included two files with an identical issue)

2-Try with and without the script on that turn
3-Rename a city.
