missing campaign map voices

Hi there
I have enabled Mongols amd TIMURIDS in a mod Im working on and neither of the factions seem to have working campagn map voices, and wen thses to factions try any diplomatic interaction the games gives an unspecified error and crashes out. Im assumed Ive not copied a required file,

Any ideas >?
