Game Boy Colour Emulators

Can anyone recomend a Game Boy Colour Emulator that is free and allows you to save games?

Legal gray area, don't get the Org in trouble please.

More or less.
It enables you to play a game without paying it. Therefore, it's illegal. However, suppose you've already paid for the game. Then, it should be legal. Or is it?
And, of course, I haven't seen anything wrong with just "having" the emulator. Although what use would that be?
