Redownloading AlexanderTW.

I paid for and downloaded Alex TW about a year ago now. Since that time I have upgraded the PC and due to unforseen circumstances (and my own stupidity) I failed to save the files to disc. No problems, or so I thought as I remember after having paid for the game I had 5 or so odd downloads that were available to me. I have tried and have no idea how I go about re downloading it to the new PC. Contacted Sega but their customer support is just about non existant. I think that when ATW was released Activision were the folks in charge?
Anyone have any ideas? I would like to play this again without having to pay for it twice.
