Chersonesos... (IIRC).
And don't forget that Tanais is generally part of Bosphoria.
I would choose Pantikapaion the capital of the bosporan kingdom. Chersonesos largely could keep it's independence.
I thought Chersonesos was larger though. And more important to Pontus and Rome later on. But I am no historian and it was just a guess. :sorry2:
