You have to build new MICs (barracks) to get Polybian units.
You need to upgrade your local MIC in any city once. That will give you access to the Polybian units. First time I did that, I simply misread the building description, and was wondering the same thing.
But all my cities are huge....do i have to destroy the barracks and rebuild them again ???Quote:
