Changing mods

I just wanted to know how to change mods, see for MTW I am currently using XL but I want to change th Pike and Muskety.
I was wondering if I have to uninstall the whole game and then start over?

Unfortunately, you do have to uninstall the game and start again - sadly XL is a complete overwrite. Sorry.
