Adding an English "clone" faction to custom and multiplayer battles.

I am wondering if there are any modders out there who could make a "clone" of the English faction for custom and multiplayer battles?

The English PBM, Magna Carta, is experimenting with multiplayer battles between loyal and rebellious generals on the campaign map, and we will need such a clone in order to accurately represent the battles.

If anyone can, these are the criteria I'm looking for:

- The faction banner and unit colours must be different from the vanilla Yellow and Red. This is so we can easily see in screenshots and in battle who's who.

- The units must have multiple sizes. (E.g. Three seperate peasant units, the only difference being one unit has 20 men, the second 60, and the final one the normal 120). This is because we will be representing armies on the campaign map which will have sustained various losses.
