Firefox Download manager problem.

Hey all,

It seems that once a download is completed, it just magically disappears out of my download manager - as if it was never there at the first place.

I can follow the download progress, but as soon as it finishes it disappears. Now this isn't really that big of an issue, as the downloaded objects are saved to the designated area, but if I download an .exe file I expect to be able to open it when it's done by clicking 'open' in the download manager. Just like I could before the problem reared it's ugly head.

I'm running the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, and I haven't (knowingly) changed anything which could cause this problem to surface.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Tools > Options > Privacy

Tick "Remember what I've downloaded".

Well, can't believe I missed that - must have skimmed over it when looking through the options menu.
