export_descr_character_traits.txt in your data folder and export_vnvs.txt.strings.bin in your data\text folder. For the latter you'll need alpaca-sensei's converter to make a .txt of it.
And you'll have to unpack your game using CA's official unpacker before getting the file.
Just make sure you have the additional 7GB of disk space before unpacking. I struggled.
