I've been playing a Saka Rauka campaign and got the requirements for the reform but they didn't come. I even got the building that is labeled "saka reforms" but there was no MIC or unit producing center that I could upgrade to get the new units. I played with the script as well. Is there anything I am doing wrong and which building needs to be created to get these units? :dizzy2:
