Anyone remember that tool...

...which you could use to change the camp difficulty and year mid-camp?

I started an old camp with Mac, which was really fun, until i noticed my hetorio(whatever they called) couldnt even rout the most basic slinger units... And my "royal guards" droped like flies against cheap levy units. It was then I remembered I was playing H or possibly VH. I dont like losing. I want to play M.

Since I dont want to restart the camp, I want to change the difficulty mid-camp, which I remembered you could, with a special tool.

What was that tool called?
Those it even work in 1.5(1.6)?

The tool you're thinking of is RomeSage (here is a download location). Haven't used it myself, so can't tell whether it works with EB or not, but I think it does.
