Repaired Government type

This mod is really great, I wish the original TW team would have spent so much passion and resources to do such a great mod. Thx a lot for this mod guys!

I dunno if this is a bug, I'm a bit noobish. I play as Romani still under Camilian reform. When I took Sardinia, I repaired the Cathaginian local gov (type 2) to test it out... I realised afterwards that I couldn't build any gov type anymore and that this Cathaginian type 2 gov wasn't present anymore.

My apologies if this has already been spoken about, I couldn't find it.

Well, first of all, don't repair enemy governments. It is seen as a cheat.

Make sure that you destroy all governments and 'pacification' buildings, there can be multiple, and you should be able to building your own government. Just recheck the list, it should be there (unless you have more than 24 buildings in the settlement).

But what do you call 'pacification' buildings?

the first government building you can build in a new province, which then allows the four other types of government.
