I've been playing EB for a good month now and I can't express enough how impressive an effort EB really is. You guys have added so much historical significance to the game it's a history buff's dream.

While we're keeping count... might as well throw in the number of people who joined forums because of EB, to make a comment or what not. I know that's how I got started here and the TWC. Introduced to the community and everything all because of this great mod. Awwww. *fond reminiscent sigh*

Not to turn all attention to me, but I'm also here for EB and nothing else. I think I played vanilla RTW for about 20 minutes or so. Terrible, just terrible!

I would start a thread like that, too, but I'm still searching for the words. Totally fricking indescribably awesome mod.

To turn all the attention back to me, I too joined solely for EB. Was a lurker for months before that. Now over 500 posts later I'm still pretty useless. Haven't even got myself to change my avatar, which looks like it's rolling its eyes. It still pisses me off, but I can't change it, since from 0.8 on it's the picture of Pyrrhus...

Same with me Thaatu. I was a lurker for almost a year before joining and making my first post. I don't even post anywhere else on this forum.

I lurked this place for a couple months, then I think I joined to make a bug report. I'm still chasing after that same bug. Over 2000 posts in just over a year. :sweatdrop:

I bet there is an equal/greater number of people who join to report a bug as join to say thanks. And I was one of them.

Almost the same story, lurked for a few months then had a campaign ending CTD that couldn't get fixed... alas it was a good thing in the end as I really enjoy being active in this community.

Thanks for the welcome. I was certainly lurking here for a long time before going public. I find the level of detail simply amazing. I spend a lot of time just reading each description that has been "I assume" fully researched.

That kind of effort deserves the S!

My first big campaign is as the Casse. Seemed like a good place to start, and a little more forgiving... besides I like the soap... now where is the tooth-paste!
