Giving the Hungarians rocket launchers is giving me a headache

Ok I followed everything to the letter, copying and editing all files properly, etc. But when I start a custom battle with the now Hungarian rocket launchers it loads then CTD with "Unspecified Error". I really don't know where I went wrong and I have looked at the battle_models.db until I'm crosseyed and can't see where I went wrong either. Here's the entry:
