The turks I believe...
I'm a little bit unsure about the spearwall though, run a custom game to check out:)
Muskets ( and the best) = Turks
Stakes = Janissary archers
Spearwall = isn't in the game, but Saracen militia (spear) and dismounted Sipahi lancers will do the job.
Play a custom battle (its below Grand Campaign in the menu) and you can see the units from every faction and their abilities.
Only Spain, Portugal, Milan, Venice, Russia, and Turks get actual musketeers. The Turks and Russians have the best and second-best musketeers respectively.
Arquebusiers are shorter range but otherwise pretty similar. Everyone except
Byzantines and Turks get them, the Moors and Egyptians call theirs Sudanese Gunners.
The Moors also get Camel Gunners, which ride camels and shoot muskets, very powerful unit.
If you want archers who use stakes, play England. Longbowmen, Yeomen Archers and Retinue Longbowmen all get stakes.
Poland has Lithuanian Archers. Turks have Janissary Archers.
Spearwall units are all the pike units and also militia halberds. All of the Europeans get them except the Italian factions. Some factions have better pikes than others.
DISCLAIMER: You will be disappointed. None of these* are superweapons that magically defeat every enemy. They are simply tools that have certain uses and situations where they are effective.
