Too much cash

Hi everybody,

thx again for that great mod! In several of my campaigns AI controlled factions seem to stack gold like swiss bankers and end up buying full stacks of my armies, general included. I really doubt this is realistic (e.g. Sweboz having a hoard of 800k+ and buying a stack every now and then).

I impose myself restrictions to have a more realistic game already and I would like to know if it's possible to use something like "add_money" or file editing to take away some of that gold without altering the AI's behavior (types of units bought and so on...).
