Does anyone like these games that would be interested in an IH on the topic? I might be making one soon.

I absolutely love Romance of the Three Kingdoms (both the book and the games -and spinoffs), but I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by "IH".

IH stands for Interactive History, where you take charge of a country, and make history! :beam:
