questions on "reforms"

Is it intended to allow every faction to have a reform (in the future)?
The types I can think of right now:

Romani - Polybian, Marian (upgraded to Polybian then Legions)
Aedui, Arverni, Casse (around Marian reforms, they get new units)
Saka Rauka (holding certain ronvince for 4 winters to get Indo-saka units, buggy)
Makedon, Arche Seleukeia (reformed Phalanxes for Mak., reformed Cataphracts for Arche when a huge Italian city?)

I've seen the Hayasdan reforms review...
and Pahlava can make reformed cities that are more setttled than just pastoral?

any others exist?
any others in the planning (that can be revealed)?

Just curious as to how innovative and historical events are gonna be represented...

Any reforms planned for Carthaginians, Sweboz, Getai, Sauromatae, Pontos... etc.?

Several new reforms are being planned, but I don't think all factions will get one. Carthage was going to get a reform for chain-mail armoured Libyan and Libo-Phoenician spearmen, but the idea has been dropped. A long time ago someone also mentioned a possible phalangite reform for the KH, but there has been no news on that lately.

The Celtic factions currently have two reforms at set dates. IIRC these reforms will become dynamic in the next public release. The Sweboz will probably get an iron-reform, triggered either by a date or by the occupation/raiding of Celtic cities. This will give them access to heavier-armoured units.

The Hysteroi reform for the Macedones and the Cataphract reform for the Seleucids and Bactrians are now coupled to the vanilla Marian reform, but the intention is that they become dynamic at some point.

Sweboz was going to have reform. Althogh the concept of the reform has changed, I don't think the reform is definately out for EB1.

M2TW has a way to easily make reforms. So after the port, more factions may have more reforms.
