That's a vanilla unit. Are you sure you have a clean EB installation?
totally with all ctd fixes and everything from that list that u suppossed to do before posting an error.

Where is this "greece" you talk of exactly? I can't see anywhere you could pick a fight there.
ship the guys over that little island and pick a fight with the troops out of the settlement. Maybe is turkey then sorry
It's the Yubtseb elephants, they don't work in EB. Perhaps you've been cheating, and they rebelled against you? Anyway, you'll have to autoresolve as long as they're present.
