This is not bug, but mistake, from my point of view:
When the UI city is besieged and AI attack, after user succied to destroy all towers and rams of the AI, the game is exiting battle and the user have Victory.
I think, will be more accurate to be Draw!!! Because the AI army is still besieging the city, is not rooted or destoyed.
Well, I kind of consider it as the player must have overrun the baggage train of the beseiger. In most seiges in the Middle Ages, the beseiging army had to send out foraging parties. These could be bushwacked by the army inside the city or castle. This doesn't occur now though it did in the original MTW. They lose no units while they seige your city. So , it is a trade off.
