Team members and recruitment

I’ve heard that team members are almost exclusively Serbs. Is that true?
This is partly true. It can be said that this is currently a Slavic team.

What’s the reason for that?
There are several strong reasons for that. The team is homogenous and communication is easier, and that means faster development of the mod. Translating all material to English would take up too much time, which can be used more rationally.

How can I become member of the team?

Before becoming a member of the team, you have to pass the test.

I am good at skinning/modeling, can I join your team?
We already have enough great skinners/modelers, but if you are very good at it, you can join us. With one more great skinner, we can work faster.

I am good at coding/scripting, can I join the team?
Yes, for sure! We need coders/scripters extremely! So, if you are good, as you say, than you're in the team.

Why do you need coders/scripters so extremely?
Because two of our members left the them (reasons unknown), so this mod depends of coders/scripters. We can't continue our mod without them. It will be our pleasure if you join as coders/scripters. You will be satisfied with our team, and whole mod. But still you have to pass the test. If you know to make new faction from scratch, than you're in!

Why do I have to do the test?
We can't be sure how much moding knowledge do you have. You have to prove yourself that you are good at it. Tests are simple. So if you pass it, your in.
