Any problems?

I am going to be getting a new comp (made by some friends of mine), and I am wondering if anyone is having any problems with any particular hardware set.

I will be getting:
1.7 GHz Athlon
256 RAM
32 MB GeForce
And a 40 GB HD

Would it be worth it to get a 64 MB Video Card? Nothing is integrated so I can upgrade whenever I need.

I don't know if any thing else actually matters with it...

I seem to remember a few people talking about certain sound cards causing problems, you should be ok with any mainstream one though.

Please be more specific about what exactly you are buying.

Ram 256 ddr (Don't know precise type just yet)
Motherboard ECS K7S5A ATX
Video Card eVGA 32mb GeForece 2MX200
HardDrive Western Digital 40gig 7200rpm
