is there anyway to force a page break on a thread?

im making an AAR and i would like to make a table of contents at the beginning with links to each thing. so i would like to have either
1. a way to link to farther down on the page, ive seen this on other websites but not sure how to implement on this

OR

2. a way to force a thread to go to the next page so i can just have the links going to the next page

is there anything i can do for these 2 things?
