Playing as the Brits, I managed to build virtually every single building available on the ttech tree, but I am really confused about the use of some of the non-unit-producing types, like military academy. I know that for muslims this gives you some extra units, but for catholics it seems like it does nothing (apart from that title of office thingy - but waiting 10 years for that and paying 10000 florins is a bit silly) So what's the deal with these buildings?

Giving such titles to some of ur generals increases both their loyalty and their skills, I'd say that is worthwhile.

It as gives bonuses to units built in the same providence as the Academy.
