This is the easiest way to get EB running on BI...https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=88717

Just UNCHECK the 2nd option (enable shieldwall) when it asks you what you want to install or it kill the new EDU

I used it all during beta-testing with no problems. I used it on the 1.0 i downloaded yesterday without a problem either. But like I said, until Ferromancer updates it, leave the 2nd box unchecked when it asks what you want to install

Does anyone know if 1.0 has 1st Legionaries? I checked the unit listing and I all I saw was old units for the ROmans

They were supposed to go in, but didn't make it in time. They would have made it if all you fans weren't nagging and rushing the team.

Yes, it should. Otherwise it will not be able to do some of the things RTW 1.5 can do.

if you use this installer you gain those "oliphant soldier script error" as i have descript in bug section in post "EB 1.0 Script Error" and your game crashes.
He has build in those cheat elephants in his installer.
after uninstall the changes from his installer bug was gone.

PS: The bug is only here if you change the bi exe AND use the shieldwall improvment...if you uncheck shieldwall and change only bi.exe with those installer it works.

When you use the installer leave the 'enable shieldwall' box unchecked. This is what changes the EDU.

I've been using the installer this way during beta with no problems
