Adding viking transport ability to all factions

I was trying too find out how too add the viking ability to transport armies without ports too all factions, i have checked the viking.txt file and VIKINGS_UNIT_PROD.TXT i cant figure out what controls the viking ability does anyone know which file controls this.

Sorry, it's hardcoded to the faction identifier - you can only have one faction that does this, which is FN_07.
