Help my Game won't work

I just got Kingdoms Expansion.:beam: I then try to install it. I won't work.:thumbsdown: Now I tried to play MTW2 vanilla and it won't work.:wall: Please help!:help:

Yhe message says game can not iniatialize

Also says an unspecified error accured

Did you try uninstalling M2, reinstalling it, then installing Kingdoms?

I'm trying that right now.

Try to do a small cleanup of your drive, like defragmenting. Sometimes it really helps.
