"This Year in History" bug?

In 236 B.C. something like 20 "Year in History" boxes fell at once, instead of the usual one. I don't know if it's a bug, or by design but either way it sorta sucks cause I like reading them, but not 20 in a row. Just thought I'd see if it's a bug or whatever. Cheers, and good job all around.

Not supposed to happen. However, there have been occasional reports that a whole bunch appears, often accompanied with a time warp to 14 AD. Have no idea why. I believe it would not happen again if you reloaded your savegame.
