Q: Fixing Legionary/Praetorian Cav clipping error?
I'm currently working on a personal mini-mod for vanilla RTW to balance Romans and bugfix, and am wondering if its possible to fix the shoulder armour layering/clipping error on Legionary/Praetorian Cavalry, and if it is, how?
I've managed to fix Velite Gladiators by reading the modding tutorials and altering their manica arm, I'm quite lost now, but is this possible for the more complex Cavalry Riders too?
I'm sorry if I'm being vague or mixed up with terminology, I have very little experience of skinning/modelling, etc.
Any advice is appreciated!

You can download Player1's bugfixer, it fixes the cav issue with new cas models.
Re: Q: Fixing Legionary/Praetorian Cav clipping error?
I know, but I'd like to find an alternative fix - I'm not 100% convinced you'd need a new .cas model. (fixing the Velite Gladiator didn't...).
Plus, player1's work is his and I'd need to find the .cas modeller he credits (Romhilles). :dizzy2:
Re: Q: Fixing Legionary/Praetorian Cav clipping error?
Why are you re-inventing the wheel? Player1 fixed both the velite and the legionary/praetorian cavalry. Given he fixed the velite by changing model_flexi to model_flexi_m for the relevent cas files I'm sure he tried all those changes before getting Romhilles to fix the actual model. The fixes were made freely available to the community so you can use them without having to reinvent them.

Hmm, yes I suppose.
I'll PM him to ask permission.
