BI.exe installation question

Hey guys, I've been playing EB 1.0 on a fresh RTW installation and no BI installed.

After reading the forum for a while, I've decided I want to use the BI.exe, so I've installed BI. I have downloaded the BI 1.6 patch but havent installed it yet. Will this affect my game if I apply the BI 1.6 Patch AFTER EB 1.0 is installed and THEN using Ferromancer's patch or do I have to uninstall EB, apply the BI 1.6 patch and reinstall EB 1.0 before applying Ferromancer's patch?

I am no expert, but i am afraid, the first method wont work.

You have to install RTW, then BI and then patch it up to 1.6, and then install EB1.0.

Oh, and i think ferromancers patch runs only with 0.81. , unless you leave 'enable shieldwall' unchecked. i heard ferromancer has married last week ( Best wishes from me, btw :dancing: ), so the update for 1.0 will take a few time.

I have installed BI and patched it AFTER EB 1.0 and everything seems to be working fine when running it through BI,exe I have just recently started as Hayasdan so I cannot for sure see if AI naval landings are occuring or not, but everything else seems to work.
