Although I haven't read it, a brief survey of my campus library reveals:
R.E. Allen, The Attalid Kingdom: A Constitutional History
Roger McShane, The Foreign Policy of the Attalids of Pergamum
Less relevant:
Roger Bagnall and Peter Derow eds., The Hellenistic Period: Historical Sources in Translation (includes charts of Attalid rulers).
Bradford Welles, Royal Correspondance in the Hellenistic Period; a study in Greek epigraphy (primarily Seleucid and Attalid sources).
