Just a minor issue, but I thought I should still mention it: Playing as Baktria, Marakanda and Alex-Eschate start with a type 4 government, but not Client rulers (like those in the seleucid empire) They don't spawn the next turn and Patrokles Marakandeios gets the interloper trait.
