I saved my EBBS from EB .81, which forced, almost immediately, the Augustan reforms within a few turns but after copying over the roman reform changes I made into the new 1.0 EBBS, it does not work as it did in .81. My question is this: has anyone forced the Roman reforms in 1.0 and if so, how did they do it? What was done differently compared to forcing them in .81? Or maybe I've just made an error in my editing? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
