Crossword clue

Hi my father is stuck on an unclued crossword. This is what he has so far. Any help from the great minds of the guild would be appreciated.

Are you sure he has all the letters right, b/c I can't find any words that start with g and end with blue

I'd be assuming it was two words, with Blue being the second one.

The only word I can think of is goddess.

my first thought was goddess, godless fits there as well but still doesn't make sense

Well, thats the problem, if you insit on doing cryptic crosswords then the answer doesn't nesecaarily ahve to make very much sense.:dizzy2:

When I said unclued, I din't mean the enitre crossword is unclued, but the harder ones often have a few "bonus" clues, that don't, infact have clues...

All you have to go on is the letters you already have. Strange man my father...:laugh4:
