You have to upgrade your MICs,then you should get the new units.
Is it normal, when I got the Time of Soldiers reform, my MIC's got destroyed and I can recruit all units without a MIC?
Yes. I believe that the game destroys (in the form of 100% damage) your pre-reform MIC and replaces it with a post-reform MIC. Check out the remainder of your building list and see if it has a pristine MIC elsewhere, although if you have many buildings in the settlement it might not show up (due to the list getting cut off at a certain point). In any case, you should be able to delete the 100% damaged MIC for some free money.Quote:

I have a quetion about this too actually. I'm playing as the Casse, and in a bunch of cities (they seem to all be in Italy, but Massilia is one too) I can build the warband dole, but once it's built, it immediately becomes 100% destroyed. This is post ToS reforms too, so it seems like I can't build them permanently at all there.
Not such a problem in Italy, since they'll never have units anyway, but I can actually build units in Massilia with it, and it still doesn't seem to like it.
On an unrelated note, there don't seem to be any AoR units on Sardinia or the Balearics. Any idea if I'm doing something wrong, or was it just an oversight?
What is the turn number for the time of soldiers reform ? Cause I have the building requirements .
