manual in pdf

finally have bought the game 7 days ago, but I noticed there isn't any documentation on the CD like Shogun which came with a PDF manual and a PDF tree.
Did I just miss it or something, or are they really not there. Also, if they aren't there, is anyone going to do a really nice high quality scan of the tech tree (and/or the manual) so we can have it as a jpg/pdf?

Should we make teams to start scanning the manual and publishing it in the web?

I´m also very disappointed, because I bought this game used (I knew It didn´t contain manual, but Shogun had a PDF-manual).

Those teams would be a good idea. Or something.

For such a good and complex game the MTW manual is too brief and I would say incomplete. If you have read the manuals of Cossacks or EU2 you will see what I mean. I prefer paper as well, but will be happy if CA reissues the manual in PDF for download.
